This adds color variable forwarding from
_brand.ymlto therevealjsformat.It also adds a change to the theme semantics in
revealjsformats. Now, if$primaryis a variable, it's used for the link color. This is how bootstrap works, and I think we should do it uniformly across our formats whenever possible.
