Normalize path in Lua Warning

On windows, when there is warning regarding Lua filter, there is a ./ in the path name.

WARNING (C:/Users/chris/DOCUME~1/DEV_R/QUARTO~1/src/resources/filters/./quarto-pre/parsefiguredivs.lua:730) Raw LaTeX table found with non-tbl label: blah
Won't be able to cross-reference this table using Quarto's native crossref system.

It would be best if there was a normalized path IMO.

In fact this happens also on Linux

And this is because of debug.getinfo() in lua

Adding a quarto.log.output(caller) for debug fives us

So this is Lua thing. Not sure we could do something about it.
