Hey guys, could you add a new OpenAPI configuration in order to set OAuth scopes. Something like:

• quarkus.smallrye-openapi.oauth2-implicit-scopes

We need this kind of configuration to improve the experience of Swagger UI as external service/instance (not the one included in Quarkus).
