Titip is free and open source pure css based tooltip. it work on IE9+ and all other modern browsers.
Titip has 8 placement options, 6 theme options and 12 animation effect options which based on effect.css.

Three quick start options are available:
- Download the latest release.
- Clone the repo:
git clone https://github.com/quantumui/titip.git. - Install with Bower:
bower install titip.
Run npm install and bower install to install dependencies.
Read the getting started page for information.
