Change all integer arguments in FindECCPrivateKey bloq (and downstream bloqs) to SymbolicInt

Higher level bloqs (from ECAdd up to FindECCPrivateKey) have int arguments instead of SymbolicInt arguments. I would like to merge the decomposition for ECWindowAddR before fixing this for all the bloqs.
