If a file has no notes, let the user know

How can be up to whoever gets this issue... I was thinking something simple like a little box above the code saying it checks out fine (in a nice shade of green).

Additionally, when viewing the files at the project overview page, we could have a little thing that indicates if a file has a note or if it checks out.
