Make `test/Common/standalone/ThinArchivesMissingMember/ThinArchiveMissingMember.test` LIT check windows compatible.

Currently the test/Common/standalone/ThinArchivesMissingMember/ThinArchiveMissingMember.test fails on windows bcoz of incorrect LIT condition that doesn't match the windows output.
