Run scripts (e.g., run_armor.sh) parse ARMOR JSON outputs using `jq`. Bundling `jq` in the image ensures consistent, reproducible runs across CI and local builds without relying on runtime installs or host tooling. Signed-off-by: Ayush Kumar <ayukum@qti.qualcomm.com>
