What\n\n- Move the session list toggle button next to the "New session (+)" button in the chat sidebar header.\n- Keep existing button/icon style; both header toggle and sidebar toggle work consistently.\n\n## Why\n\nOn mobile, the session list column could cover the action area; placing the toggle next to the + button keeps it accessible.\n\n## Notes\n\nChanges:\n- src/pages/chat.js\n- src/style/chat.css\n
