Yet another maintenance PR including bug fixes and various improvements.

Highlights:

• Windows emulation:
  • The dllscollector script now checks for admin privileges and fail otherwise
  • Fix improper handling of PANSI_STRING and PUNICODE_STRING
  • Fix SetInformationProcess
• POSIX emulation:
  • Properly report unsupported arch_prctl code values
    • That should fix the missing CET support queried in Ubuntu 22.4, as in Qiling fails to run /bin/ls #1349
  • Support the case of a zero size ELF region (fix qiling cannot load elf which have a zero memory size segment #1353)
• Other:
  • Add an example to the tracing extension
