The runner.py now works for step 0,1,2, however pacbio_processing() is never called in the runner.py. I checked the test_pacbio_processing() function in test_pacbio.py, the _inser_data was hard coded using data from test/support_data, however for real world prep and id, we need to rewrite the whole function, using qiita_client, I am not familar with those step at all. So I have no idea how to proceed. --Thanks Jianshu
