This line assumes that the call
pt.ebi_experiment_accessionsreturns None (or an empty dict) if the prep information is not in EBI. However,pt.ebi_experiment_accessionsreturns a dict in which the key is the sample ids and the values areNoneif it has not been submitted to EBI.Since the EBI experiment accessions are not shown in the interface, it is enough to ask directly to the template if it has been submitted or not.
