Validate Mapping File: Custom Uploaded fields

Allow a user to set up required columns and restrictions for a mapping file. These columns would be in addition to the MIMMARKs standards. This would be really useful for collaborators uploading metadata for their studies.

Ideally, a user could place restrictions on the input. (For example, AGE might need to be an float between 0 and 120; COLLECTION_DATE would have to be a date between the start of collection and the end)
