Admin Sample Validation fails on non-existing study-id

If you pass a non-existing study to the sample validation the page brakes, it should tell you that the study doesn't exist.

This was solved in 2023.02

This is still an issue in qiita, the difference is that in qiita-rc the configuration allows to show the error in the webpage and in qiita is hidden.
