"fastq or fastq.gz (gziped fastq) for sequences. Note that zip files can not be processed” should be: “fastq or fastq.gz (gzipped fastq) for sequences. Note that ‘.zip’
 files can not be processed."

So: add another p to "gziped" and add a period at the end of the sentence
