Description
This would be a command line utility that guides you through setting up your Qiita environment, for example it would ask you about what the location of the working_dir you would want to have, what's the name of the database, name of the IPython cluster, etc. Essentially populating the qiita_config file in such a way that makes the most sense for the user.
