In current installer default path C:\OSGeo4W\ instead of C:\OSGeo4W64, it may be a bit confusing

In current installer for server default path for Windows C:\OSGeo4W\ instead of C:\OSGeo4W64, it may be a bit confusing to config server for new user, fixed to actual C:\OSGeo4W\
