Description
Trying to run the tool on windows (while it seems to work on Mac), I get the following error:
Creating new venv C:\Users\ennio\AppData\Local\Temp\tmpdznop87n\venv-python
Unable to symlink 'C:\\Users\\ennio\\.pyenv\\pyenv-win\\versions\\3.11.6\\python.exe' to 'C:\\Users\\ennio\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\tmpdznop87n\\venv-python\\Scripts\\python.exe'
My understanding is that it is trying to create a symlink, which, afaik, it's not a standard concept on Windows.
