QGIS core tests

Set of QGIS core tests meant to be used with the Tester plugin.

Contains tests for the following issues:

#26327 Changes made in Advanced Settings Editor are not saved
#36264 Adding WMTS layer from the Browser panel fails
#36264 Adding rows in the Processing batch interface fails
#36264 Filename prefix not shown when loading GPX or similar files
