Fix RSS log messages was untranslatable. Add more logging.

Also, it doesn't give translators much time if targeting v4.0.0? But this depends on sledgehammer999 release schedule... |
RSS log messages will still be untranslated in v4.0 even if this changes is not merged in this release... |
