Document how to ignore multiple IDs

`safety check --help` says

```text
  -i, --ignore TEXT               Ignore one (or multiple) vulnerabilities by
                                  ID. Default: empty
```

It would be good to mention that "TEXT" can only be a single ID, and that the option has to be repeated to specify multiple IDs (at least space, comma and colon are not valid separators in this value).
