General maintenance #104
Description
I have commit rights on the repo, but do not have time to do this work:
- move CI to GHA and setup for currently supported versions of Python (I locally tested with py313)
- setup cibuildwheel to build the full matrix of wheels so users don't have to have a compiler installed
- setup pypi tusted publisher to automate releases
- setup automatic version number based on tags
I'm happy to review and merge PR to do any of these things and I Have the privileges on pypi to set up the trusted publisher.
