[Intel GPU][doc] Change x86 quantizer to xpu quantizer in doc

Motivation

I accidently discover that, the PT2E flow chart in Intel GPU doc uses CPU quantizer. This PR changes the quantizer to XPUInductorQuanztier avoid the misunderstanding to users.
