Promotion Work Group Meeting Minutes

Outreach partners: Null community, OWASP, GDG's, etc.

CFP promotions:
- follow up with different UG's & other social media platforms (Reddit, telegram groups, FB groups, Mailing list, slack groups, etc.)
- List of potential speakers and follow up them via mail.

Create an excel sheet of current UG's shared by Anirudh & assign volunteers for set of UG's for promotion.

Give a lightning talk in upcoming meetup or conference (for all volunteers & people representing Promotion team)

Need volunteers for drafting weekly tweets. Manav, Megha & Siddhika are interested in doing that.

We need to increase the tweet frequency (4 engagement tweets a week ). If there is an announcement tweet then the no. of engagement tweets can be reduced.

Anirudh suggested to tag more global accounts in a tweet

Abhishek will be giving a lightning talk at upcoming BangPyper meetup
