I have latest version of Custom-Scripts, v1.2.5 (Nightly), and I've been trying out the Link Render Mode options recently. I like how the "straight" setting looked so I chose that and then later on I noticed it kept defaulting back to normal whenever I refresh the browser, or if I turn the browser on/off, or if I turn ComfyUI on/off (which would require refreshing/restarting browser as well, of course). I am using the portable version of ComfyUI.
Now that I had thought more about it and remembered, this issue was also happening to me many months back in January even on older versions of ComfyUI. I've updated since then, but still noticing it happening lately now. Another issue is I am currently hesitant to do anymore updates to ComfyUI and ComfyUI-Manager due to alot of broken nodes that were going on last month + me having upgraded to a RTX 5080 which brought about its own cluster of problems at the same time which took up about 2 weeks... I've only just recently got everything working finally so, imo, not sure if I want to take the risk of updating yet again so soon.
Decided to make this thread in case this is a known bug, or if there is another known extension that could possibly be conflicting? Here is my overall ComfyUI (Portable) info at this current time:
