Placement of tile load from a image layer of tiled

Actual behavior:

The image to be at the position set in tiled

Expected behavior:

The image height is centred on the y=0

Steps to reproduce/example code:

Here are test to show the expected behavior, compared to the actual result.

You have the tiled .json, the .py and the image in a comment (you need to download and call it rect.png for the tests to be correct)
