These are changes split out of the forthcoming PR that can stand on their own:

  • Remove a left over entry from CODEOWNERS
  • Use absolute paths where appropriate instead of implicit CWD-relative paths
  • Use absolute paths in the tests
  • Use Sphinx-provided paths in PEP 0 generation
