Description
Even after #2059, the diamond operator (<>) from Python 2 is still shown in PEP 8:

| ``or``, ``not``). |
Considering it's not supported, anymore (unless PEP 401 comes into effect...), shouldn't it be removed from the style guide? Or are there still use cases I'm not aware of?
