Would be nice to have a repro. I'm not sure if I have the patience for that though. I'm kind of waiting for this yak to be shaved. |

@gvanrossum type[int]This fails with same traceback as your original one and complains: Your fix indeed fixes this. Probably, it would be even better to add also a test for See PR #2335 for a test and extended fix. |
