  • Added in language reference that dict are now insertion-ordered since Python version 3.7
    - Behavior of dict are now the same as the behavior of collections.OrderedDict

* Fixed lines wrapping at 80 characters following devguide.
* Removed unnecessary links.
* Removed mention about OrderedDict.
