The builders matched are:

• SPARCv9 Oracle Solaris 11.4 PR

185 of 480 tests failed. Mostly because of broken _socket module.

Uh, I didn't realize that the 3.13 builds were in a much worse state than the main ones, but I tested this PR internally and it does what it should.

I will check what can I do about the socket module issue (although the main branch has a priority).

Well, I think it will not make things worse.
