This fixes the refleaks introduced by #127875. The buildbots are failing due to another leak #117500 (comment) |

Should fix the failing refleak buildbots.
There is no actual leak, but the refcount accounting was off for interned strings and, possibly other objects, that are made immortal when a
_PyStackRefto them already exists.
