Intermittent test_support.test_fd_count failure on iOS

Bug description:

An intermittent test failure has been observed on test_support.test_fd_count:

It's very intermittent - it's occurred 3 times in almost 1400 buildbot runs.

I'm going to close this on the basis that it's not obvious that there's any potential fix other than skipping the test.
