Should we adopt MeeseeksDev bot to allow community moderation?

https://github.com/MeeseeksBox/MeeseeksDev is used by IPython, Jupyter, and many other projecs enabling community members to tag and close/reopen issues without the need to for elavated privilages. What do we think about enabling it?

Of note, MeeseeksDev is being migrated to Scientific Python project and renamed to lumberbot (scientific-python/MeeseeksDev#99).
