Remove deprecated features

Before the release of botogram 1.0, there are some deprecated features which needs to be removed:

• botogram.decorators.pass_bot
• botogram.decorators.pass_shared
• botogram.components.Component.add_shared_memory_initializer (issue Rename init_shared_memory to prepare_memory #24)
• botogram.frozenbot.FrozenBot.init_shared_memory (issue Rename init_shared_memory to prepare_memory #24)

• botogram.objects.Message.from_ (issue Rename Message.from_ to Message.sender #44)
• botogram.objects.Message.new_chat_participant (issue Rename chat membership fields of the Message objects #60)
