Summary
Adds a new /test page for testing wallets to the staking app
Rationale
We've been hosting the legacy staking app on a separate domain since we launched OIS due to a few features that we never ported over, this was one of the main ones.
However, for some reason, this seems to have recently stopped working in the legacy app.
Rather than worrying about fixing it in the old app, I decided to go ahead and build a new version in the new app.
How has this been tested?
