This PR removes the all-in-one Connection trait. Handlers are moved into modules and the websocket handling is refactored into pure functions to make the dependency chains explicit. A small amount of drive by clean up was done to remove warnings in the first commit, but otherwise all logic is unchanged.
I recommend going commit by commit.
