No visual separation between test failures in narrow terminals

Hi there,

when the terminal is too narrow to accommodate any leading and trailing dashes on the test title separating one test failure from the next, there is no visual separation between test failures, making the output very hard to read. Instead, I'd suggest adding a full horizontal line before (and perhaps after) the test title under these circumstances.

Here's a screenshot:

There are two (manufactured) test failures here, but it's hard to see where one ends and the next one starts. That's in part because the test names are so super-long, of course, but I'd argue it's still a usability issue.
