Include node id in short test summary info

I'm seeing a bunch of crashes that are caused by out-of-memory, where the oom killer kills the postgresql Docker container.

It would he helpful if entries in pytest's "short test summary info" would be prefixed with `[gwX]`, so that you could quickly see if it might be only a single node.
