Consecutive Playback Issues when using the 'Next' button #1549

Describe the bug
When the chapter finishes, clicking the Next button does not open the player (IINA in my case) to display the next chapter and instead the program hangs after the sed call. This only seems to happen if there is an open instance of the player already. If there are no instances, there seems to be no issue.
Steps To Reproduce
- Run
ani-cli - Select any chapter of any anime. Do not close the player
- Choose the 'Next' option on the CLI.
Expected behavior
Should open another instance of the player or alternatively, kill the past instance? Not sure.
