Reasons for the request
I started maintaining the Python version of the ua-parser project back in 2022, after being granted access to the repository by organisation owners. Back then I was able to contact the owner of the pypi project to get maintainer access and cut new releases.
The main reason I need ownership is to switch publication over to trusted publishing, as currently I have to cut releases using an API key I configured on the repository. I have used trusted publishing with two ancillary projects (https://pypi.org/project/ua-parser-builtins/ which is a hard dependency of ua-parser, and https://pypi.org/project/ua-parser-rs/ which is an optional dependency of the same) and have really enjoyed the experience and peace of mind. As such I'd really like to switch ua-parser to trusted publishing as well, but "maintainer" access is not sufficient to do that.

Contact and additional research
On October 7th 2024, I created an issue for myself to switch to trusted publishing (ua-parser/uap-python#224) and tagged the pypi project owner.
On October 14th I sent the pypi project owner an email to request ownership (explaining why), and sent a followup on November 23, 2024. Neither got a reply.
