Reasons for the request
I would like to request the release of the project name fast-cache on PyPI.
I have successfully published my package under this name on TestPyPI: https://test.pypi.org/project/fast-cache/
However, when I attempt to publish to the main PyPI index, I receive an error stating that the project name is too similar to an existing project, even though https://pypi.org/project/fast-cache/ returns a 404 and appears to be unregistered.
I have searched PyPI and found no active or visible project with this name, and I believe it is not in use.
My project is a caching extension for FastAPI, and the name fast-cache is the most appropriate and descriptive for my package.
Could you please review and, if possible, release the name fast-cache so I can publish my project to the main PyPI index?
