Reasons for the request
I act on behalf of TON Core team (https://github.com/ton-blockchain). TON Core develops the MyTONCtrl utility for convenient setup and maintenance of TON nodes.
The utility was developed on Python and we would like to publish this utility as a PyPI package to give people the most convenient way to setup this tool.
However, during the upload of the project I've faced the issue:
