Reason for request

I'm on the steering council of the Executable Books Project (here's our steering council for proof, I am @choldgraf). We use a shared bot called ebp-bot for publishing our packages to PyPI. Here is where this is documented.

I'm trying to log into PyPI under the ebp-bot account, but have found that it now requires 2FA codes to log in. However neither myself nor any of the steerco members have the codes for this account. I'd like to set them up again so that I can store the 2FA codes + recovery codes in our shared team vault.

Can you help me get the recovery codes for the project so that we can access our ebp-bot account again? Thanks

Ugh - I think we do not have access to the gmail account that we created for this PyPI account anymore either. Is there a way to change the e-mail for this account as well?
