Description of issue

I submitted a request to create a new organization on September 3, 2024, but the request is still pending.

• Is it normal for this process to take so long?
• Are there any steps I can take to expedite it?
• How much longer should I expect to wait?

My request was processed this week. I learned that the requester needs to have a verified email address with the same domain as the website you specified for the organization.

Thank you for the info! I hope that it is sufficient that the primary domain is the same. (I have a verified helsinki.fi email address as one of the secondary email addresses in my account, whereas the research group website is at blogs.helsinki.fi.)

It looks like we are waiting for you to update your email address to a domain that matches your company org's domain address. Once that is updated, let us know and we will go from there, thanks!

Hi i have maybe the same behavior. My mail adresses are @stefanposs.de or @stefanposs.com. It does not work yet. What can I do. I have changed my primary mail to the mail of the Organization wich i wanted to approve

Same issue here, my username is unmoyai. I applied for an organization account for our project codecflow, and I have added and verified the email unmoyai@codecflow.ai matching the organization domain name, but I still did not get approved or requested any changes or additional info.
