Reason for request

I'm trying to recover this old account of mine,

When I try to log in with the username and password, it says that the password is compromised, and I cannot reset it as the mail associated with the account doesn't exist anymore

I've created another account a couple of months ago and I've been added to the projects the other account was managing,
but still, I would like to know if it is possible to recover this one.
