Include Project-URLs in pip show -v output

Can we discuss whether requiring the -v option is the right thing to do? If it's required, you can't see the Project-URLs without also filling up your screen with classifiers and entry points, and the growing lack of Home-page metadata will mean that plain pip show <project> will no longer tell you where to find more information about <project>.

I don't think the -v should be required. Home-page is already shown without -v flag, and Project-URL are basically a replacement for homepage. In PEP621 there is not even any way to specify Home-page in pyproject.toml.

Let’s merge this and then discuss -v separately. This won’t introduce backward incompatibility (I don’t think any reasonable consumer of this output would rely on Project-URL not present in the output) and having it in verbose output is an immediate improvement.
