OpenCode Go, Cursor, and Grok accounts previously showed no subscription quota in Pylon even when their local provider instance was connected. This adds provider-specific, bounded quota probes from the instance's own authenticated environment and reports unavailable readings without exposing response bodies or credentials.
The probes run only for installed, authenticated local instances. OpenCode external servers, Cursor API-key mode, and Grok API-key/custom endpoint modes remain excluded. The usage docs describe the new readings.
Validation: 78 focused provider tests passed; server typecheck, changed-file lint, and formatting passed after merging current
pylon. An adversarial source review found two Grok follow-up fixes and both are included with regression coverage. No live provider account was queried. A failed probe reports unavailable rather than retaining an old quota value; the existing unavailable warning handles that state.Upstream sources: eff44be433dc9683da7764a20334598e47b127b2 (initial probes), 0cab7d5ab9 (empty Grok usage), and 91e53e501c (Grok account email), adapted to Pylon provider status and usage snapshot helpers.
Implemented with GPT-6 Sol in the Codex harness.
