docs(prime): compare native and ACP capabilities

Explain the difference between stock ACP compatibility mode and the Pylon native build in a two-column provider guide, with both terms added to the glossary. Distinguish backend subscription capacity from native turn usage, retain the one-account limit, and explain that live native model changes cannot restore Prime Agent Default in a started conversation.

Validation: capability claims checked against current drivers and client controls; focused formatting, glossary/link checks and the Phase 3 adversarial review passed. Related: #114.
