fix(prime): explain stock ACP fallback and native setup

Stock Prime cannot satisfy Pylon’s native SDK contract, but its fallback status only said the daemon integration was unavailable. Classify that specific contract failure and explain the ACP limits and how to enable native mode. Update the one-account guidance to match.

Validation: focused backend and rendered Settings tests passed; the integrated Phase 1 run passed 36 tests and server/web typechecks. The adversarial checkpoint passed. Real-client checks confirmed the stock sentence appears and is absent with the private fork.
